Bryan Train Victim Identified
Featured Stories, News Tuesday, August 21st, 2012Bryan police have identified the man found dead along the railroad tracks near Villa Maria and Finfeather Monday morning.
The victim was identified as Lonnie Conner Junior of Bryan. Police are still investigating the case and have not released more information, including what Conner, 22, was doing near the tracks in the first place.
Union Pacific notified authorities after the train hit Conner. The stopped train backed up traffic Monday morning as drivers made their way across town.
