Pinto Files for College Station Council Seat

The last day of filing for the College Station municipal elections produced the first multiple candidate race for city council.
Arthur Pinto filed Monday for Place 4 and will run against John Nichols.
The seat is currently held by Katy-Marie Lyles, who is not seeking re-election.
Both Pinto and Nichols have run before. Pinto lost in the May 2011 election to Councilman Karl Mooney. Nichols lost to Jana McMillan to fill an unexpired term.
