Motorcyclist Killed in Bryan
Featured Stories, News Monday, August 13th, 2012Bryan Police report a motorcyclist is dead following a weekend crash near Sue Haswell Park.
BPD identified the victim as 22 year old Kelsey Ransom of College Station.
Sunday morning shortly before 2 a.m., officers responded to a call on Coulter near the park pool.
Investigators believe the northbound motorcyclist was unable to negotiate the curve on Coulter approaching William Joel Bryan.
The bike went over the curb, Ransom was ejected and was found dead at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved and the victim was wearing a helmet.
An autopsy has been ordered by Justice of the Peace Michael McCleary and BPD continues its investigation.
