There will be at least one new member of the Bryan school board after this year’s election.
Merrill Green will not be seeking a fifth term as the Board of Trustees at-large member.
Before serving 12 years on the Board of Trustees, Green was at Bryan High School between 1972 and 1992 as head football coach and athletics director.
There’s at least one person interested in the future vacancy. Tommy Bosquez announced he will file for this November’s general election.
