Thanks to the rain, it didn’t take long for College Station Police to track down stolen property from a residential burglary and catch the suspect.
Sgt. Mike Dean says officers followed muddy footprints to the neighbors house on Larkspur Circle.
Dean says the suspect had knocked on the victim’s door two and a half hours before the burglary was reported.
