Hung Jury in Willie Griffin Criminal Trial

A deadlocked jury this week in Brazos County District Court resulted in a mistrial.
One of the 12 jurors voted to convict a College Station man of sexual contact with a girl in March 2008.
Prosecutors have not decided whether 41 year old Willie Griffin Jr. will be retried.
Griffin remains free on bond in that case as well as arrests made last December and last March.
He faces weapons charges as well as aggravated kidnapping and evidence tampering.
