Two Announce Interest in Bryan Council At-Large Seat

July 21st is the first day candidates can file for the November general election.
There’s already two men planning to seek the Bryan City Council’s at-large position.
One is current councilman Chuck Konderla, who has to give up his district three seat after moving into the fourth district.
Also running is former mayor and councilman Lloyd Joyce.
The at-large seat becomes open because Mike Southerland will complete the maximum two terms.
