Bryan Council to Consider Charter Amendment on Personal Care Homes

Two members of the Bryan City Council are proposing a public vote this November that if passed would require state licensing of personal care homes with three or fewer residents.

Mike Southerland and Art Hughes submitted the proposed charter amendment that is on the agenda for Tuesday night’s council meeting.

This comes the month after the council approved the businesses in some residential neighborhoods with limited oversight.

Mike Southerland and Art Hughes keep up the good work. We need to start working on the melt down of city infrastructure next.
