CS Man Dies in Auto-Pedestrian Accident

A College Station man was killed early Sunday after being hit by a vehicle in south Brazos County.

Authorities say Byron Javar Brown was walking in the roadway along F.M. 159 south of Millican just before 3 a.m. when he was hit by an eastbound vehicle. Brown, 35, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Hearne woman driving the car was injured in the collision and last reported in fair condition at College Station Medical Center.
