Bryan Council Finalizes Major BTU Changes

Southerland talked about the council’s finalizing of new ordinances relating to BTU. The city council now will have final say on all changes in utility rates, a duty once held by the BTU board.
Authority regarding BTU personnel decisions now falls to the city manager, according to the ordinance.
