Alligator Visits Downtown Bryan

There was an unusual visitor in downtown Bryan Tuesday morning.

A four foot long alligator was discovered on 26th Street.

Officer Jon Agnew says police and solid waste employees secured the gator with duct tape and it was transported to the Navasota River for relocation.

Comments from Officer Jon Agnew.

Downtown Bryan Association Executive Director Cassidy Barton says it was the talk of shoppers and businessowners.  Some shared the experience on social media.
