Aggie Golfers finish 2nd to Oregon

That Aggie Invitational Golf Tournament at Traditions enjoyed beautiful weather and the Aggie men finished tied with Texas for second behind Oregon when it was all done. The Aggies and Horns both shot 40-over pay while Oregon was 11 shots better at 29 over. Individually, A&M’s Geoff Shaw finished 7th at 5 over for the 54 holes, eight behind New Mexico’s Victor Perez, the only golfer finishing under par at minus-3.
